Family Afternoon at the Botanical Garden – Wednesday, 8 July 2026

This year, our traditional Family Afternoon is exceptionally moving from the Museum to the Botanical Garden. To mark the occasion, we are offering a range of family-friendly activities inspired by our new temporary exhibition "Plant Fiction." It's a wonderful opportunity to discover the garden from a new perspective while having fun and letting your imagination run wild.

Activities

🌿 Storytelling tours of the exhibition "Plants of Fiction" at 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm
Discover the stories behind real plants and their fictional counterparts.

🔎 The Magical Plant Mission
Set off on an adventure through the Botanical Garden! Using the exhibition's plant card game and the clues hidden along the trail, eliminate the suspects one by one to uncover the mysterious magical plant.

🎨 Creative Workshop: Create Your Own Imaginary Plant
Let your imagination blossom by inventing your very own fantastic plant!
