This greenhouse is home to more than 400 orchid specimens in a dazzling display of colours, shapes and fragrances!
Further along, you will find the bromeliads. This family includes the pineapple, along with a large number of epiphytic plants of the genus Tillandsia, also known as ‘air plants’. These grow only on cork bark, and in some cases completely off the ground. This outstanding collection of more than 450 of the 800 species currently known to exist was donated to JURASSICA in 2010.
